We accept returns based on the conditions outlined below.
Conditions of return
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery using this contact form here for your return number.
Ship products back within: 14 days of receipt of the return number.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is not returned in its original condition (original packaging, unopened, unused), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Products that can’t be returned
Because of the nature of these products, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Digital downloads.
- Products on sale.
Damaged or defective products
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped products must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. No exceptions. If, for some reason, there is damage or defect to your product, please take a digital photo of the product and the package and contact us immediately.
Exchanges or cancellations
We do not accept exchanges or cancellations but contact us if you have any problems with your order.
